About BattleUplink

Built by Australian gamers, for Australian gamers. Our mission is to deliver the most honest, in-depth gaming coverage in the country.

Our Story

BattleUplink was founded in 2018 in Sydney, New South Wales, by a group of passionate gamers who were frustrated with the lack of Australian-focused gaming coverage. Most reviews ignored local server performance, regional pricing context, and the unique culture of the ANZ gaming community.

We set out to change that. Starting as a small blog with three contributors, BattleUplink has grown into Australia's most trusted independent gaming platform, with a dedicated team of reviewers, tournament correspondents, and community managers spread across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

Today, we serve over 45,000 active community members and have covered more than 120 esports tournaments across the country. Our commitment remains the same: honest reviews, real coverage, and a community that puts Australian gamers first.
